Some features are available on every plan to encourage participation and help businesses establish a strong presence from the start. Businesses owned by subscribers on plans that include the Featured Listing will appear in the Featured section on the home page. Four businesses are displayed at a time, selected randomly, and the selection rotates every 30 minutes to ensure fair exposure for all featured businesses.

Business Locations allow you to create dedicated profiles for each branch or physical location of your business. Each business can have multiple locations, with each location having its own public profile where you can provide details such as its address and contact information. Customers can discover and review each location individually, with its own ratings and reviews separate from the main business profile.

Business Products allow you to create dedicated profiles for the products offered by your business. Each business can have multiple products, with each product having its own public profile where you can showcase information such as its description, logo, and other details. Customers can discover and review each product individually, with its own ratings and reviews separate from the main business profile.

Review replies define how many customer reviews your business can reply to during each subscription period based on your active plan. Each subscription includes a specific number of review replies you can publish, and each review can only be replied to once. For example, if your plan includes 50 review replies per month, you can respond to up to 50 customer reviews during that period. Once you reach your plan’s limit, you won’t be able to publish additional review replies until the next subscription period.
