Trustvivo is an open consumer ratings and reviews platform built on one rule: reviews are checked before they publish and cannot be bought away.

Every review submitted to Trustvivo passes automated integrity screening — device and network signals, submission velocity, text patterns and account history — before it goes live. Reviews backed by a confirmed transaction carry a Verified badge. Anyone can flag a review they believe is fake or abusive, and every moderation decision, by either side, can be appealed to a human moderator.

For consumers: reading reviews is free, always, with no account needed. Writing a review or flagging one needs a free account, so every contribution is accountable to a real identity even when the display name is not.

For businesses: claiming a profile and responding publicly to every review — good or bad — is free, forever. Paid plans add automated review-invitation campaigns, embeddable star-rating widgets, a Google Seller Ratings feed, and sentiment/topic analysis across a business's own reviews. Payment buys software features only: moderation, ranking and visibility are identical for free and paying businesses.

Trustvivo does not remove a review for being negative. It removes a review only for fabrication, undisclosed incentives, harassment, spam, or a reviewer rating their own business or a competitor's.

Trustvivo is operated by Yogya Infomedia Limited (CIN U72900DL2016PLC289956), New Delhi, India.
